Alessia Sinato

Dancer

Alessia Sinato is an Italian dancer that has been part of the Marcat Dance team since 2022. She has participated in the creation process of the latest productions  “Afines”, “Averno” and “Onírica”, as well as being a dancer in the pieces “El Bosque”, “Azahar” and “Garip”.

Since 2023, Alessia is an assistant and teacher of Marcat Dance repertory in institutions such as the “Johan Inger Youth Project – TAKE OFF DANCE” (Seville), “Study Abroad Program” with the University of Michigan, “Escuela Profesional de Danza de Castilla y León Ana Laguna” (Burgos), among others.

Previously, she participated in the piece “I New Then” by Johan Inger during the Festival Internacional de Danza Itálica.
She is part of the Iuvenis Danza Company (Mantova, Italy) between 2020 and 2022.  Prior, Alessia was part of the Venice Ballet Youth Company (Venice, Italy) between 2017 and 2019.

As for her education, Alessia has participated in various programs and workshops with renowned international choreographers, such as Johan Inger, Crystal Pite, Marco Goecke, Sharon Eyal, Paul Lightfoot, Sol León, Jiří Kylián, Emanuel Gat, Matan David, Sofia Nappi and more.

In addition to her career as a dancer, Alessia has also worked as a ballet and contemporary teacher in dance schools in Italy and Spain, demonstrating her commitment to transmitting the art of dance to new generations.
