Javier De La Asunción Soto is a dancer from Ontinyent (Valencia), graduated in the specialty of choreography and interpretation of contemporary dance by the Conservatorio Superior de danza María de Ávila in Madrid.

He is part of the company Marcat Dance since 2020 and has danced the pieces Alanda, Anhelo, Adama and Averno. Likewise, he has worked for La Veronal, Cía. Jesús Benzal, Lava, the IVC and has danced choreographies by Gustavo Ramírez, Isabel Vázquez, Iván Pérez, Ohad Nahari, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, among others.

He is currently immersed in the artistic projects Archipiélago de los desastres by Isabel Vázquez, Seu Aquí by Colectivo Banquet, Tocar a un hombre by Julio Ruiz and SCROLL by the company Unaiuna. He is also assistant to choreographer Jesús Benzal in artistic projects in Washington D.C. and Switzerland.
